This means that the look of the ix35/Tuscon SUV could well be similar to a toned down version of the Intrado.

The edgy and aggressively styled Intrado is the first car to appear since Peter Schreyer took over the reigns of Hyundai’s design studio. Schreyer was previously employed as the head of Kia’s design team, before being tapped by corporate parent Hyundai to lead both brands’ design studios.

According to Hyundai, the Intrado features a hydrogen fuel-cell powertrain that converts hydrogen stored in an on-board tank into water. Combined with a 36kWh lithium-ion battery pack to store excess or recovered energy, the Intrado is said to have a range of up to 600km on a full of hydrogen.
