Honda Vezel Mugen and Modulo parts turn aggro up to 11

Never let it be said that Honda’s tuning arm, Mugen, likes to revel in the plain, the boring, and the understated.

For it’s latest, slightly mutant creation, it has modified Honda’s Jazz-based SUV, the Vezel. The pictures (above) are of Vezels adorned with various Mugen and Modulo body kit components and tuned parts, which debuted at the recent 2014 Tokyo Auto Salon.

Mugen is offering a range of aerodynamic enhancements for the Vezel, including front and rear wings, side skirts and diffusers. There’s also set of intricate 17-inch and 18-inch alloy wheels (above), as well as a freer breathing exhaust system and air filter, various carbon fibre components for the interior and tonnes of Mugen badging options.

Some of the marginal performance gains to be had with the exhaust and filter may be negated by the weight of the body kit.
