Channel Ten confirms which six V8 Supercars races it will air live from 2015

Network Ten has announced its broadcast plans for the 2015 to 2020 seasons of the V8 Supercars, confirming an earlier report stating that the free-to-air network will only be able to air six races live each year.

Network Ten will show the Adelaide 500, Townsville 500, Sandown 500, Bathurst 1000, Gold Coast 600 and Sydney 500 live. It’s not stated whether Network Ten will show practice, qualifying and support races in addition to the main events.

For the remainder of the season Ten and One will recapped via a highlights package on Saturday and Sunday evenings/nights. To soften the blow, the company will revive the motorsports show RPM.
